James was very helpful in the details of everything. We went through the sleep mattress selection bed. He gave us all possible choices

I explained what I needed and why ie my back problems & needs. Cathryn at the Bedford store (179) was so clear of my needs as well as what I should no buy. She was so helpful and time was not a problem. I would always recommend her, in fact I already. Thank you for such a well clued up member of staff. Cathryn is a STAR.

Huge range and item I wanted to hiew located quickly on screen and taken to it straight away.

Staff very helpful without being pushy

Members of staff in store were terrific. Beds and mattresses were excellent. Very impressed

James was most helpful and knowlegeable and gave us lots of time to wander around the store. He answered all our questions. We had great fun lying on the computer generated bed. Eventualy we were able to chose a bed suitable for needs. W will certainly return to Dreams.

I was asked if I needed any help as soon as i walked into the shop and two members of staff really listened to my needs and found me exactly what I was looking for they were really helpful.

We received excellent friendly, informative guidance, explanation and assistance resulting in our highly satisfied response.

The store was clean tidy and roomy which was good for mum as she uses a walker.We were met by Cathryn who was friendly and knowledgeable she was attentive and very helpfull.we were very satisfied with the experance and will return again. The delivery time is a little dissapointing but we are willing to wait.

VERY CLEAN STORE TOP NOTCH HELP FROM STAFF ONLY WENT TO LOOK AT BEDS BUT ENDED UP BUYING ONE OFFERED DRINKS AND SHOWED CONCERN FOR MY 97 YEAR OLD MOTHERS COMFORT.10/10
