Quick and easy with helpful and knowledgable staff.

Although there was a technical issue with the computer system while placing the order in store, staff were very quick to resolve it and apologetic for the additional time taken. I would recommend Dreams to a friend, as the products are high quality and the staff made us feel welcome and were very knowledgeable.

Russell from Bedford interchange store was great. I was a single parent shopping with my 5 year old son yesterday evening. He was highly knowledgeable, straight to the point without pressuring me in the slightest so I didn’t feel like he wanted a sale. He was helpful with working out figures for me as I’m not the best at maths and he was genuinely a lovely man who explained everything to me. He also interacted with my son. Both member of staff in store offered us drinks a couple of times and where chatty, approachable and friendly. I personally had a great experience and will be coming back next week to buy another bed. Thanks guys!

My husband I and visited the store with our little 1 year old son. We were made to feel very welcome, where allowed the time and space to look at the various options and assistance was always just there if we had any questions. We spent an hour in the store, and were offered tea and coffee. It was a pleasant visit, with very informative support from the salesman. We also appreciated that we were not pressured into any one choice by the salesman, but rather provided with all the relevant information to make the choice ourselves.

Staff in Bedford were fantastic, and knowledgable, all of them were helpful and friendly without feeling pressured.

Ease of purchase

Didn't know what kind of mattress I needed. The Sleeptest feature in the store was very impressive and Cathryn the lady who assisted me recognised that I should spare 3 minutes to use this feature to analyse my requirements. She then showed me the items the test had revealed and she was very knowledgeable about them. An asset to the store.
