Salesman was very friendly,helpful and knowledgeable taking time to help us decide which bed was best for us

I was attended to by Tilly. She was patient and encouraged me to take my time. She understood when to leave me alone to get on with trying the 3 beds that I had narrowed it down to. She had the perfect balance between being attentive and leaving me alone. bear in mind this was over 2 visits as well

From the beginning of my visit until I left the store, the service I received was excellent. In particular, the lady that assisted me (Tilly?) was so helpful and I really felt that she was trying to provide me with right product at the right price. It is not often that I can say that shopping for something like this was a pleasurable experience, but this was! I have already told some of my friends about this.

Well looked after by Russell at Bedford, took the sleep match test which confirmed our thoughts. He showed us all our options, went through finance options, was very attentive

Cathryn who served myself and wife couldn’t of helped enough. She was outstanding from the second we stepped foot in the door. She was friendly and not pushy and gave us time to talk privately without any pressure to make the purchase

Both James and Jack were professional friendly and knowledgeable.

My partner and I went into Dreams in Bedford Interchange today, all staff greeted us and made us feel welcome, the store was clean and professional and the store assistant Cathryn helped us find a new bed frame, mattress and pillows to suit mine and my partner’s needs. She had a lot of knowledge on the products and did everything with a smile. Would recommend to others!

As soon as we stepped into the immaculate Bedford store we were greeted with a warm welcome by all. We didn’t feel the instance pressure of speaking with a staff member until we decided we were ready. We were greeted to a warm hello from Cathryn who happily talked through our requirements and then guide us through the Dreams sleepmatch analysis. Whiles we browsed through the shortlist, Cathryn also kindly set up the sleepmatch for our 10 year old so we could try out the mattresses! All round satisfying experience!

Your member staff at the Bedford branch called Robert he was very kind because he understood that I had a disability I need took his time to understand what I was processing to him and he was processing to me

Jack was very informative and not at all pushy
