The staff were very friendly without being pushy. We came from a different companys shop where the people there insisted we buy now. The dreams staff are perfect.

The assistant was very helpful and was there when I finally made up my mind. Hopefully I will be satisfied with my bed when it is delivered.

We were highly satisfied with the assistance provided to guide us to the best mattress for our needs with the payment options which were available. I would like to add at no point did we feel pressured into making a purchase which made the whole experience very comfortable.

The customer service was faultless. We were guided brilliantly by Mark at your Bedford store and ended up buying four beds when the priority was just our main one! We were offered tea and squash for the children, and even they enjoyed the experience! Mark was patient and highly knowledgeable. The whole process was strangely enjoyable on a day when we really didn’t fancy going bed shopping! I am also really happy with what we ended up with. My only point if I had to make one was that due to the number of items bought and the value, I would have thought maybe the mattress protector or the assembly of the divan could have been thrown in as a gesture! Well done.

Availability of staff. Prompt welcome but not forceful to make a sale. Sales assistant took an interest in our children and our needs. Offered drinks and felt looked after and listened to.

The assistant James was very friendly, patient, explained everything to us . he seemed that he has a good knowledge of the product so he gave us confidence in the product. Everybody was friendly, the whole experience was very good, trouble free, in and out of the store within an hour with new mattress and pillows, just as we like it, straight forward no fussing about. We even had hot drink which was nice touch on a cold day. Thank you
