Extremely satisfied with the helpfulness and product knowledge of the stores assistant during our visit.

Excellent service and product knowledge from the Store Sales Assistant. Along with the fact that she was not “pushy”. We returned to this store (after visiting the store next door) to place the Order based on the service we received from the Dreams store assistant.

The person who served me was extremely knowledgeable about the products and was very polite, courteous and professional and understood what I was looking for.

You were greeted by a friendly member of Staff (Tilly) who just introduced herself and then offered help without the pushy sales talk , other members of staff also acknowledged you. I was shown different types of beds sizes and matresses of various budgets and not at anytime was i pressurised into buying more expensive ones , Tilly was very confident in telling about the mattress I like as she had had the opportunity in going to the factory to see it made, again no pressure sale but it helped me make a final descion for myself. She gave me all the details i required i left the store to think about the several options ,hence returning a few days later with a few questions which again where answered then placed my order.

James was fantastic. Spent plenty of time with us answering questions and exploring options. We never felt rushed or under pressure. We’d recommend him personally to anyone else looking to buy a bed.

Good selection of mattresses and bases. Reasonable prices. Staff were knowledgeable and friendly.

We were seen to be customers that required assistance but were also left to look around for a while. Everything was explained to us, the customer service was just enough, no over sell and we didn't feel pressured. Very honest and helpful. Thank you!
