Tilly who dealt with use was brilliant, listened to our needs and worked hard to meet them all.

The young man serving us, Jack went out of his way to help us.

Great staff that know and understand the products. They are not out just to make you spend as much as possible.

We traveled 17 miles to the Bedford Dreams store late in the afternoon. We were interested in seeking and possibly purchasing a new bed and mattress set. While at the store, we were highly impressed by the helpfulness of the Dreams sales team. James was our personal salesman and while we were there he was assisted by the other 2 salesmen. As James demonstrated the bed styles, he asked if we wanted coffee, tea, or something. We accepted a cup of tea each which was brought to us cheerfully. We were given an assessment of our personal sleep preferences. To help my neck problems, we were treated to a sampling of a special memory foam pillow which we also purchased. We’re looking forward to delivery of our new bed.

We were taken care of by Mark (store manager) Myself and my partner were unsure of what mattress we needed so we were invited to use the sleep match which was very informative. We were then left to try the various options that suited are results from the sleep match. Mark then assisted us all the way through the process. Very helpful polite manager.
