The Lady who helped us pick the bed was absolutely amazing. We walked in with no intentions to buy a bed. I've worked in Sales for over 10 years, so know how to turn down a sales person and make sure I'm not pushed into an unwanted sale. She took us through the process of trying out which type of mattress we needed. Then explained all the differences, then checked our budget and showed us multiple options within our budget. She spent loads of time with us going through options and made sure we really did get the bed we needed. The bed was on offer and she closed the deal by using the principle of scarcity and explaining that the deal was only available until "X date" We weren't even moving into our new house for 4 weeks. But due to her professionalism and taking us through the sales process in such a way that it was enjoyable and she met all our needs. There really was no reason not to buy the bed!
