Cathryn was extremely helpful, she approached us not long after we entered the store, she asked if we needed any help. following us explaining what we were looking for she showed us a few beds that matched our requirements and then placed us on the mattress assessing thingy to ascertain which mattress would be best. She then asked about our budget and showed us the options and let us try them all. At every point she was so friendly and professional and helped us with what was right for us.
