We were very happy with Russel's ability to help us in the Bedford store. He was professional, patient and did his utmost to help us find a suitable mattress.

I lived we weren't pounced on as soon as we walked it. Nothing was too intense. The lady understood our budget and didn't push us to go over or hard sell us something we didn't want or need.

Tilly was very helpful, we had a laugh, made me feel relaxed , not pushey sales person which I like. Let me decide in my own time. Very lovely lady
