We had a very good experience at this dreams, all down to Cathryn who was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, met our needs and took her time with us, we didn’t feel rushed in the slightest. When a mattress we wanted wasn’t available she took us to the next best thing which was even better than our original mattress we had chosen. We know we have spent our money well, we didn’t have a clue when we stepped in but as I say Cathryn really knows her stuff. She even catered to the fact we live in a cottage and recommended a rolled up mattress to fit up our stairs, we wouldn’t have even thought of that.

The female operative was friendly, knowledgeable and made us feel at ease. She offered refreshments also.
