Our assistant I do apologise I can’t remember his name was very knowledgeable helpful and keen to make sure that we found a product in dreams that we were satisfied liked and wanted to buy

Quick and easy to place our order. Staff were knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with.

Checked on line that product was in store and it was. Assist showed me the features of the bed and helped me find matching bed side tables. Gave me info on possible delivery dates and processed my order efficiently. Only down side was not being able to specify delivery time to ensure it fitted with the time I'd get keys for property.

Efficient staff that were tentative and knowledgeable. The shop was clean and we were not pestered by pushy sales persons unlike rival stores.

A great big thank you to Catherine for all her help yesterday, she was absolutely brilliant and went the extra mile by making sure my father had a mattress to sleep on. Can't thank Catherine enough a wonderful person who was there for my father with outstanding customer service. Thanks Catherine Kind regards James.

Friendly staff as soon as we walked through the door. Very helpful assistant who explained everything in good detail. Very impressed with the bed that calculates your measurements to find the bed that’s right for your needs. The assistant was helpful & not pushy & happy for us to spent time deciding . Overall a very present experience . Would recommend to friends & family.

Lots of help and time in store. There was a problem with the delivery but resolved quickly. The delivery guys were polite and helpful.
