Jack, our assistant, was welcoming and friendly. Not at all pushy! We never felt pressurised or rushed! He was very knowledgeable and precise! Also very patient with my indecision and trying different combinations of base & headboard types & colours. Talked us through payment processing ect.

I called in to the store to look for a divan bed to make my new bedroom. I dealt with a gentleman who was very friendly and knowledgeable. I didn't place the order that day as my husband didn't have his Forces Discount card on him so I took the information away with me. Unfortunately in the meantime I have had an accident and bruised my spine and I am unable to drive or be a passenger in a car. As I needed the divan to be ordered I did this over the phone - Catherine was very polite and helpful but unfortunately unable to give the Forces Discount unless I went in to store.
