The staff were great I was able to have a laugh with them and I learnt that I have one leg shorter than the other due to an operation.

I believe it was Cathrine who assisted us when buying a bed recently, she was absolutely lovely I felt completely comfortable, she was friendly and approachable and extremely knowledgeable and was able to get the perfect dates for delivery. She understood my needs as a customer and was even able to make us laugh while we were there. She made the whole experience so comforting and enjoyable.

We needed a bed for my husband. He told the assistant he wanted something comfy. She recognised straight away that he had mobility and joint problems and recommended a couple of mattresses for him to try. She then suggested the one she thought best for.him. When he was shocked at the total price of the bed base and headboard he really liked she went out of her way to show him other options which were slightly cheaper. Nothing was too much trouble. He left very happy with his choice.

My wife and I first visited the store on Saturday 26th September, where we were approached by James, who was very friendly. We explained that we wanted to use the Sleep Match device as we had read about this and were looking for a new mattress. James explained how this worked and took us over to the machine to proceed with the assessment. We were very impressed with this and it only took a couple of minutes. Following this, James showed us a number of mattresses and we were left with two favourites. We explained that we would like to go away and return the next day to test them again. We arrived back at the store on Sunday 27th September, greeted by James again, and tested our two favourite mattresses (and pillows) again. Once we made our choice James completed the order for our chosen mattress and pillows. It was all very straight forward and James explained everything extremely clearly. It was a nice experience, as we never felt under any pressure to take any particular products or to make our minds up immediately.
