I was looking for a soft mattress , my daughter have a problem with the sleeping so coming to the shop I could find the mattress I was thinking about will help my daughter , I finally found the foam mattress which my daughter love and for the first time after a long time I can hire my daughter she is happy with the foam mattress she had a wonderful spleep. Customer service was excellent also . Thank you

The staff were helpful and friendly

The young man was attentive and knowledgeable - he understood our needs and spent a good while advising us of what each bed's high points were, the price etc. We were totally satisfied with the young man's overall time he spent with us. My husband has dementia and he was very mindful of the fact when I told him and he paid special attention to make sure my husband was happy with all that was happening.

Because of covid, wanted to see the item we wanted,purchase and leavethe store (both in our 60s)

The staff were great I was able to have a laugh with them and I learnt that I have one leg shorter than the other due to an operation.

I believe it was Cathrine who assisted us when buying a bed recently, she was absolutely lovely I felt completely comfortable, she was friendly and approachable and extremely knowledgeable and was able to get the perfect dates for delivery. She understood my needs as a customer and was even able to make us laugh while we were there. She made the whole experience so comforting and enjoyable.
