Excellent service all round!

Russell approached us after we had been looking around the store for a little while trying out the mattresses and was very helpful. We used the diagnostic bed which agreed with our choice of firmness and Russell spent the time with us to choose our new bed. Overall it was a very pleasant experience.

Cathryn who assisted us with choosing a bed was very helpful. She was knowledgeable on the product and we were not rushed. The selection of models were all available as were the mattresses which meant we were able to make an informed choice. Delivery quoted within a week of purchase, updates by text and old mattress to be taken away, new bed to be assembled. I cannot fault the service we were given. Thankyou

i am 80 years of age arthritic problems etc1 was seeking a new double bed and was treated by james i am very pleased with the outcome of my visit james dealt with my medical, financial, issues and am very happy with the way it was dealt with many thanks .
