Having worked out which bed/headboard we wanted in advance, we were pleased to see it in stock and the sales assistance offer their support during last minute questions. Payment and booking delivery was very quick and the complimentary bottles of water were a welcome touch.

I visited Dreams with my grandson who wanted a new mattress as a birthday present. We both explained why we were there and were met by a very helpful assistant who helped my grandson choose the mattress that best suited him. In fact, the whole experience was enhanced by they way my grandson was treated as the customer and he couldn't stop talking afterwards about the service he received. I was so pleased he enjoyed himself and it made the day worthwhile.
