We were greeted on entry to the store and James asked if we needed help. he took time to listen while we explained what we were looking for . After going on the assessment bed, James took us round the mattress options and explained the various combinations of bed base suitable, and waited patiently while we got the options clear in our own minds. Never felt any pressure, just support in working out what suited us best.

I was greeted as soon as I stepped into the store and the member of staff who greeted me was welcoming, helpful and knowledgeable. I already knew the type of mattress I wanted and a range of products matching my desires was rapidly identified and demonstrated. Delivery was much quicker than I anticipated and the delivery men were prompt, efficient and polite, observing social distancing and wearing masks and shoe protectors. All round, an excellent service.

I was able to park opposite the entrance, I was met immediately by a member of staff who understood what I was looking for. One of my purchases was a new mattress and I was impressed by the means by which my body profile ect was measured thus making the process of selection much quicker. James who served me was very knowledgeable and friendly. There were not many people in the store so there was no problem in moving from area to area. All in all it was a good experience.

THE LADY THAT SERVED US WAS LOVELY AND HIGHLY PROFICIENT AS WERE ALL STAFF MEMBERS WE MANAGED TO GET THE BED SUITABLE FOR US.

Very helpful salesman who gave us time to browse before detecting that we were not sure what we were looking for and they helped us to select.

Friendly knowledgeable service. Given time, after being greeted to look around store and try beds.

I went with my partner and we were assisted by a gentleman in the Bedford store called Mo (I think he's the manager) . He was very friendly and had great knowledge.

The staff member who helped us was super friendly and informative and there were so many different products for us to test

Jackie at the store and several other assistants were very happy to help me find the right mattress that I had ordered before and helped with pillow and mattress protector selection (particularly as I have allergies). Even though the mattress protector was not in the store they have kindly arranged for me to collect it at a later date and helped to select a specific date for delivery at my new address. The staff were very friendly and good cleaning and social distancing were in place at the store. Very impressed with the fast and stress-free shopping experience. Please commend the staff at the Kempston Retail Park Store on Sunday afternoon (25th April 2021).
