Cathryn was fantastic start to finish, she listened to our requirements, put us on a rather fancy machine to get the right mattress and show us a fantastic frame which suited our needs. We did not intend on buying just looking but £2000 later we were very happy with our purchase.

Both ladies were helpful and friendly in helping us buy two mattresses. It wasn’t about the sale but making sure we bought what was best for us. It was quick, efficient and helpful to have the support.

I was looked after very well. James was very friendly and helped me to narrow down which beds would be suitable for me and gave me some knowledgeable advice which helped me make a decision. The bed tester thing was great, otherwise I would have spent hours in the store trying everything out!

I placed an order over the phone. Was assisted by James- he was extremely patient, polite and knowledgeable. Impeccable customer service overall!

The sales assistant was very professional and we didn't feel rushed at any time.
