Member of staff couldn't have been more helpful. My mum was satisfied and the member of staff put my mum at ease. Product knowledge and understanding what my mum wanted and needed was excellent.

Tilly was extremely helpful, and catered to my needs. As I suffer with social anxiety experiences like these can feel exhausting, but she was patient and understanding in helping me choose the perfect bed. My bed is due to arrive in two weeks time and I could not be happier. Thank you

The young man that served us was polite, courteous and so helpful. I thought I might like to adopt him. He is a credit to your company and my granddaughter has the mattress and pillows she wanted. Well done to the Bedford branch of Dreams and I think James(but i am not sure of his name)

I was highly satisfied because the customer service was great, there was a variety of beds to pick from and Cathryn explained to us very nicely about mattress'. Overall I would give the service a 9.6 out of 10!

GOOD STAFF AND FRIENDY

Customer service by cathy was spot on. very informative, knowledgable and approachable. took time to help me and my pregenant wife choose the right product and went through all the differing levels of price in the matresses we were looking for.

Mo was very helpful with us (my elderly mum was buying the bed). He was very busy with several customers but great, helpful, friendly service

Dealt with James who could not have been more helpful and attentive. Answered all my questions, open, friendly and highly knowledgeable.
