We were served by Russell after dropping into the store in Kempston retail park. I find it really hard to make up my mind but Russell was brilliant he knew his stuff about each mattress we tried , there was absolutely no pressure at all - talk about patience that man has oodles - even after I thought I found what I wanted and Russell put it on the screen I wasn’t sure so he said to try the mattresses again it never faced him at all We bought the med Tempur mattress , thank you Russell it’s been a pleasure

James who served us went above and beyond helping us find the perfect bed and mattress, we came in to have a look around and he helped us out then came back to place the order and he helped us no end again. I was shocked at how quickly it could be delivered too as I was expecting a long wait!

Rushed in store to screen mattress for my children before store closing . I think only one member staff in the store but the service is great , good personal skill and product knowledge. He has great conversation skills, very assurance and convincing, also great gesture to offer us some mineral water. Eventually got me hooked on to buy two single mattresses and two tempur pillows. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
