We went to get a bed frame and mattress for our young daughter, the sales assistant help with recommendations for the mattress, and offer advice for the best duvet to suit our needs. Was able to get free delivery on the weekend that we wanted it all delivered.

I went in dreams Wellingborough to order a new mattress for my son. The assistant was very friendly and understanding of what we were looking for.. the complimentary bottle of water was perfect! We were dealt with quickly with not waiting around.. many thanks…

The service was quick but not pushy and Russel our sales person helped us through the whole process. Whilst we were choosing our bed they also helped include our children which took a lot of stress out of shipping with two small children. Very happy indeed.

The lady that served us was very helpful and took great care if my disabled wife. She went above and beyond to ensure she helped us move around the store and try different mattresses. Every step of the process was made enjoyable by her. We also enjoyed using the sleep machine which made choosing a mattresse very easy

We went in with specific ideas of what kind of frame and mattress we wanted to buy. The salesman we spoke to took the time to understand this requirement and why it mattered to us and made a few good suggestions within our boundaries, which was really helpful.

Great customer service - the Dreams colleague knew we were just looking the first time we visited and didn't pressure us into buying anything there and then. We did go back the next day and buy a bed. We will be back to buy another bed in the next week so will be sure to go and see the same colleague.
