The staff were knowledgeable, helpful yet unobtrusive allowing plenty of time for us to make our decision. The young assistant (Tilly) at the Bedford branch was particularly helpful and pleasant to deal with.

I was refered to your store by my coach and ski instructor, he advised that you could assist with back pain advise regarding beds. Cathryn your sales assistant was very direct and knowledgable with my questions and considered my conditions and requests and listened to the client...she did not push the sale. I was very impressed to say the least.. I was advised of the 40 day return if not satisfied and that she would help me find the right matteress...great service.

We was not pressured into looking at beds out off price range. The gentleman offered advice then let us look around. Can not praise the service we had enough.

We were greeted really friendly but not pushy. Help was on hand when we then needed some advice. Despite having to go home and then return before making a decision to purchase the store assistant remembered who we were and our details. Again he (Jonathan) was appropriately friendly and helpful. Delivery time scale is also great for us. On this experience I would most definitely buy from this store again.
