The two members of staff were highly courteous. Made me feel very relaxed. They understood my requirements.

We were served by Cathryn Martin at the Bedford store. She listened to our needs, made recommendations, was highly knowledgeable of what she was suggesting and explained why she was doing so, and did not rush us at all. She was extremely helpful, a lovely personality, friendly yet remaining polite and respectful. Good cup of coffee as well.

I was very satisfied because I was able to look around without being jumped on as soon as I entered the store, but when I wanted assistance a sales person was able to answer all my questions in a knowledgeable manner and then I was able to make my decision without feeling under any pressure.

Saw the bed on line, they had it in store so we were able to see it and order a matress to ssuit our needs

There was plenty of choice ,shop assistant was knowledgeable and very helpful.

Easy access to staff who gave excellent advice and information about all of the products of interest to us without any feeling of being pressurised in any way.

Friendly staff: Tilly approached us asking if we needed any help, once we stated that we were just browsing she left us but said that she is available should we require any help. She was very polite when we decided to make a purchase, always had a smile and talked us through everything. Although Tilly was still new to the job and Mark helped her, both were very professional and gave us the options of purchasing Bed cover insurance etc without making us feel pressured or obligated into buying or opting for any of the products or services available. Both Mark and Tilly explained the terms and conditions of our purchase and the whole experience was very pleasant. Mark offered us and our children a drink each, although we declined it was a nice gesture. Also we had been in earlier and our son left his jacket behind, the staff had picked it up and place it behind their desk in a prominent place so that our son could easily spot it. We are happy with the service and the professional attitude of the staff at Dreams interchange retail park in Bedford.
