Cup of tea was a nice welcome. Test pillows were very helpful, we bought they also. Large choice of mattresses and they were in the store to test. Salesman was 'normal' and not 'pushy' Learnt about the products

Russell was friendly, funny and attentive. I was tempted by a similar bed at another store but it was the excellent customer service I received from Russell that made up my mind. Just wonderful. Thank you to Mark also for processing my order so efficiently. Also very friendly.

Staff were not intrusive but friendly, knowledgeable of the products, and readily available when we had questions to ask. The store was smartly turned ot and contained plenty of choice. We were given all the time we wanted to try out those products which took our interest. Having decided to buy, all options for payment, delivery, insurance, etc, were fully explained. The option to have our old mattress recycled was appreciated.

Catherine was knowledgable and helpful. Friendly and approachable so made spending all that money less painful. She knew what we wanted and was direct and clear. I'm very impatient but had no complaints with the speed or the way she approached our questions.

Our assistant (Cathryn - Bedford interchange store) was very helpful and spent a lot of time with us. She was also great with our 2 small children. There was plenty of choice and we got a good price as there was 50% off

The sales assistant (Tilly) was easily on hand to answer questions, but not pushy. She had an open friendly manner

Sales assistant 'Nina' was vey efficient, friendly, knowledgeable and easy to talk to. She was very helpful and an asset to your company. Only downside was the cost of you disposing of our old bed, I think if you spend over a thousand pounds this should be free.
