I visited the Bedford branch and was supported by Cathryn to choose a new bed, she took the time to explain the difference between the mattresses, made me aware of offers currently in store, helped me to make the decision of underbed storage, supported me to choose a suitable pillow, asking questions on my sleeping posture and preference of how I slept , the service was great, she took time to go through the order process checking with me every step of the way to ensure I understood the cost and full amount to be paid, she explained options and gave me the chance to add optional extras and have additional services (mattress removal) added to my order, the visit today helped me to easily choose a bed, something which I had been putting off for ages, I felt comfortable and at ease making my decision, she showed understanding of my budget and helped me to make a good decision, I was accompanied by my Mum who was also impressed by the high level of service. Walked in and straight away had asdistance. Gave us info about different styles of mattresses and could tell us why our current 3 year old mattress is causing us the issues we are having. Was very helpful.

Tilly who assisted us listened to what we were looking for and showed us exactly that. She answered all our questions and was a pleasure to deal with.

The person who served us was friendly, efficient and had good product knowledge. We are returning customers and had been served by him previously.

We have shopped quite a few times now at dreams, each time we have been extremely happy with the service we received, so came back due to needing a new bed base and headboard. We didn't really know what sort of bed base we needed, as purchased a tempur mattress from yourselves 5 years ago and only had a normal bed base. We were very pleasantly greeted by a lovely lady called Cathryn. She was very helpful and knowledgeable, she gave us several options to choose from and spent time with us going through everything. We ended up purchasing a head board aswell! So a big thank you !

We were given the information necessary to select the product that suited our needs and after searching for the perfect mattress for about three years before making our choice were aware of the likely cost.

The assistant was helpful when we entered the store without being pushy. When we asked for advice he was ready with information and very helpful. When we had made our choice he placed our order, explained the delivery procedure and removal costs of our old mattress and checked that we were happy. He offered us a hot drink and provided us with water which we preferred. Very friendly, very professional.

The assistant at the Bedford store, Tilly was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable with regard to the products we looked at. She was also very understanding of our needs and helpful in helping us to choose the right matrass. You don't always get good service these days but it's great when you do.

Politeness and assistance of staff, the ability to try various options of mattresses and basses, no hard sell attempted for any particular product, a very pleasant purchasing experience.
