Mark was very efficient in help me choose a new bed and mattress which I am extremely happy with he wasn't pushy at any point he gave me the information about the products I looked at he seemed to know everything about each product I looked at and gave me time to decide even with 4 children in tow it couldn't be easy but he made the shopping experience stress free and he engaged the children at each step of the purchase. He didn't make me fill uncomfortable at any point even when it was past closing time mark didn't rush me he was happy for me to stay and and finish my purchases When I left the store my 6 year old turned round and said that mark was a very nice man and helpful and could we go back to see him again
