Dreams - Bedford

We went to the Retail Park at Bedford and it made a pleasant change to have a look around for a while, before being 'pounced on' as you are in some stores. The friendly lady who assisted us, was called Cathryn who was most helpful and answered any questions with ease. She seemed to have extremely good product knowledge. She offered us a cold drink as it was a very hot day, which we felt was a very nice touch. Thank you

My little boy (4years old) only wanted to try the bed with the avengers duvet on it. The chap who severed us was brilliant and moved the duvet to a number of mattress so my son would try them. Outstanding customer service - a credit to your company.

I was highly satisfied with dreams because the staff were so helpful and accommodating and friendly especially as I had problems with another bed company which I had explained and I was pointed in the right direction by both staff memebers I had spoken to. The salesperson (Jack) was very helpful, coming up with a lot of options for us. He was patient. There was a Benson's For Beds next door to Dreams so we went there to compare prices and ranges and Dreams was both cheaper and had a larger range.
