The store was easy to navigate and there was plenty of choice no matter the budget we had. I was really impressed with Cathryn who was never pushy in her sales technique and was happy to explain all the options. I was really pleased we were allowed free delivery-that sealed the deal

We went in uncertain of what we wanted and were offered help and advice, and then given opportunity to have a wonder and try out all the products, once we had a better idea of what we were after, we asked for help again and were advised and supported. All staff were friendly towards us and the store was clean and tidy with plenty of products on the floor to look at and try out.

The staff who assisted us was so helpful, she explained well all the necessary details that i need to know.

I was pleased with the service as the products were priced to our satisfaction and the staff were friendly and approachable.

When we arrived we had a quick look around. A staff member then came up to us and explained the types of beds and the colour system in the store. He then left us to have a further look on our own and said if we need any help or questions then to just ask. We prefer to shop on our own and not have someone looking over our shoulder and felt very comfortable doing this in the store. When we had decided on a mattress we wanted we didn't need to go find a member of staff as they actually came to us and asked again if we needed any help. She explained about the bed we chose then we went to order it. Overall our experience was very relaxed, no pressure to buy anything and no rush to make a decision.
