Dreams - Bedford

I was welcomed as I entered the store by Tilly. I explained my needs and budget and she took me around various mattresses to try out. No pressure and no rushing,even took me back to mattresses I had already tried. Very friendly and patient giving me the chance to chose my mattress. Payment and delivery was simple and arranged very quickly. I was a breeze much better than shopping online plus my mattress was in a sale at half price, happy days

Products were well laid out and the diferent types of mattress clearly labelled. Staff were helpful but not intrusive as in some other stores. Advicee was given as requested. Jonathan explained the sales contract very clearly and the terms and conditions were customer friendly. Jonathan gave us excellent service and made us feel valued customers.

We had previously visited the store & obtained a quote from Tilly & returned to finalise the order & as Tilly was not there we were assisted by Cathryn. Both were extremely helpful & knowledgeable about the product we had chosen & gave us plenty of time to make our final choice.

We initially looked in Dreams and were advised very professionally of what would suit our needs. We then looked elsewhere and decided that there were certain items (single bed and two mattresses) that we particularly wanted to buy from Dreams. On returning, the sales assistant understood our needs exactly and the order process went through with great ease. Very happy with our experience at Dreams..... assuming everything turns up on the date specified!!

The man who assisted us at the Kempton retail park in Bedford -named Jack- had outstanding subject knowledge and gave us all the help and time that we needed. His fantastic enthusiasm for his job was extremely reassuring. He really was a friendly, approachable and excellent help.

Jack the assistant was very helpful and knowledgeable and friendly with us and the children enjoyed the handshake at the end!

When we walked in - we were spoken to first thing. Vey friendly staff and very helpful.

Sales man, explained the colour coding, then left me to browse around. He offered me a coffee. When I was ready, he answered all my questions and offered advice. A very efficient, friendly young man. In fact it`s been a long time since I`ve had such brilliant service like that. He certainly knew his job inside out.
