The shop assistant left us to browse without interruption, but was very helpful when we asked for help.

Extremely friendly and helpful.

We were given time and every assistance with making our choice even shown other products for comparison prior to making our final decision. Mark shown tolerance and patience with us throughout the whole process and made sure that we were satisfied with our choices. He then explained carefully our options for payments before completing the paper work and made sure we were happy with the delivery date. Delivery went like clockwork with two uniformed delivery men who were cheerful and clean who then assembled the bed before leaving. We are happy to refer Dreams to our friends and neighbours.

The assistant "Tilly" was extremely friendly and helpful without making us feel pressured. She was very knowledgeable about the range if products on offer to meet our needs.

Once again we were dealt with by your sales assistant Jonathan. He sold us furniture over a year ago and we were very satisfied then and that is why we returned. Again he was knowledgeable and friendly. When we next need furniture we will certainly be back to you as our first choice. Thank you.

We were asked if we needed any help by the assistant, as we had visited the store two days before , we knew the bed that we wished to purchase. The transaction was dealt with in a friendly manner and assistant was very polite. Refreshing not to have someone following you around whilst you are trying to decide on the purchase, as had happened in Harveys next door, needless to so we left Harveys, without making a purchase.

The quality of the furniture is great and I thought the overall experience in store was brilliant. Staff was immediately available for us and extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I believe the staff member who served us was Jonathan. He really is a credit to your company!
