We were served by a very pleasant man called Russell who knew a lot about the needs of buying a bed and mattress. he was very helpful!

The main reason we brought our beds from Dreams was because of the sales assistant Jonathan at the store in Bedford from the start of our visit when he approached us his knowledge and the way he imparted that knowledge of the beds on sale was outstanding he was not at all pushy and did not invade our space whist we spent a considerable amount of time choosing our beds but he was around to answer any questions we had !

The customer service was good and there were a wide ranging numbers of products, I disagree with having to pay £10 in order to obtain a time slot.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Cathryn in particular was a pleasure throughout.

The shop assistant Tilly was very helpful and professional.

We entered the store to buy a headboard but seeing the beds made my wife and I think that our twenty three year old bed may need replacing, we were approached by a young man, Johnathan, who was very helpful without being pushy, he took us through all of the types of beds then left us to carry on looking. After a while he asked if we were ok and offered my wife and I a cup of tea, my wife has mobility issues so he took us to a table so she could rest. We made our decision and made a point of picking out Johnathan to take our order and he went through the process efficiently and we left the store happy with our purchase.

Staff were very friendly and not overly pushy about making a sale, which I found a lot of other bed/matress stores I had visited had been (which had made me leave and look in Dreams). Information given was clear and staff chatted to us about other things which made the experience relaxed and friendly.
