Mark greeted us as we walked into the shop and answered all our questions and left us to look around on our own and then we ordered our bed from him, he didn't harass us to buy anything we didn't want but did tel us about products you were offering. we didn't feel harassed

The salesman who helped us was very professional and helpful. In fact he sold us our last bed 8 years ago so we were 100% confident in his knowledge

Were looked after well, but allowed to go at our pace, advice was offered when required. Tea and coffee were served to us.

Jayne was new to Dreams and Tony, her manager was assisting her. Jayne left us alone when we said "we were just laying", Tony was informative and knowledgeable. Jayne followed appropriate instruction and between them they sealed the deal!!
