Dreams - Bedford

I would like to say how amazing the staff at Bedford where.. having just split up with my partner and buying my first bed . They made me feel very secure and was a pleasure after being very nervous.

The reason why is mainly due to the service I have received whilst whiting the shop, I felt very welcome by all the staff.

I visited the Bedford store in the retail park in Kempston, the sales rep Mark, was excellent, very friendly and very helpful, very professional. I would recommend this store to friends and family and any potential customers.

The assistant was very helpful with a good product knowledge. She also respected our need to discuss any purchase in private.

Ordering was so easy, staff pleasant and helpful. Delivery a "dream". Wonderful.

we where given all the tme we needed to make our selection and offered advice from the sakes assistant which we found very useful we did not want insurance or extended warrenties and were given the information about these options but were NoT pressurised to purchase them. Had i had hard sales techniques in this regard I would have left the store without a sale being made.

Cathryn was extremely helpful, friendly gave us lots of advise regarding our purchase.

The young female assistant who i believe was called Tilly was not "pushy"but acknowledged my arrival and pleasantly offered assistance should i need it. Her product knowledge was good and most important she listened to what i wanted regards price/qaullity and made recommendations accordingly.My follow up visit was in a similar vein with a man called Jonathan who was pleasant,helpful and efficient.Overall a good experience and a pleasant change where staff actually acknowledge your visit without being "pushy" and listen to what you need in the way of price and what the product can provide.

The salesman , Mark , was friendly and offered good advice about the products
