I really had no idea what mattress to buy when I walked into the store but once I'd spoken to the assistant I was much happier as to which product to choose. She was extremely polite and really did know what she was speaking about when advising me.

Russell was extremely helpful, polite and knowledgeable. He didn't pressure us into buying anything either.

My housemate and I visited the Dreams store at the Bedford retail park in the hope of purchasing a bed. We had a very strict budget to keep to. Jonathan, the Sales Assistant was extremely helpful and was careful with his bed/mattress suggestions so we kept within budget. The bed frame we chose had 20% off and was suitable for what we needed and the mattress we decided to buy was an absolute bargain at nearly 50% off! Jonathan wasn't pushy and let us walk away to think about the choices he had given us (which we liked!). We visited a few other stores after Dreams, but none offered the great sale discounts dreams did so we quickly made out way back to Dreams to purchase the bed and mattress Jonathan had recommended. We walked away very happy customers :-)
