Dreams - Bedford

Having bought our existing bed from Dreams around 9 years ago, we were more than happy to return to the store. Catherine, the Dreams Colleague that dealt with us on this occasion made initial contact, listened to our requirements and identified the products that would be of interest. She left to peruse for an appropriate time, and then was available when we had some questions. Catherine had good knowledge of the products and was able to help us make our decision to buy. With a portion of the puchase being on the 0% deal, Catherine explained the plan in easy to understand terminology

Very friendly service very accommodating

I entered the store while my husband was parking the car, i walked round and a male shop assistant approached me & asked if i wanted any help, i replied that i was waiting for my husband, he then asked if i would like a tea or coffee & went on to say would my husband be long or could he make a drink for him too, ( the coffee was really nice ) we then went onto buy a new bed and mattress, Cathryn then asked if we would like bed cover & mattress protection, of which she explained what was covered, & we took that out, i then noticed that you sold pillows, she then took me round & explained the different ones you sold & said to try them out, so we also brought two of them, it was a very good experience everything was explain throughout & because of the good service i will be telling my friends where to go if they need a new bed, also because of the service i we are now think of buying some new bedroom furniture, the Melbourne ones.

I looked online and found your website very useful. I also used your online chat which I would recommend to others as the assistant was superb. I then visited teh store as I wanted to see the product before buying. Although you did not have an exact copy, I was shown similar products. The lady who served me was superb and helped me all the way. She did it professionally and politely without being overbearing. I have had her before and she is the reason I returned as she was so good last time.

Russell the assistant who served us was highly knowledgable, patient and took time to address and understand our needs. A excellent sales person who delivers great customer service. We also liked the range of beds on offer, there was so much to choose from.

Good assistant interaction (Cathryn B179); attempted to price match with adjacent competitor; price was acceptable but not cheap.

Cathryn's attention to detail and assistance with finding something that fitted our budget was exemplary, we were put under no obligation or pressure to buy anything after she had spent time running through the options with us but we felt more than happy to proceed with an order based on the service received and the quality of mattress that we found.

The Staff were really helpful without being overbearing. The colour coding of mattresses is great makes it very easy to compare options and make an informed decision, about the best mattress for us. Everything was also clearly labeled and set out so it was straightforward to follow through on type and firmness.
