Cathryn was very friendly and professional. We weren't sure what we were looking for and she spent the time understanding what we liked and then recommended products for us to view and try. The price we were quoted was competitive and the delivery date was quick and easy to organise.

I went with my husband looking for a matress and a divan, we had some ideas as we were searching on internet before going to the shop. The assistant customer was very nice when he intruduce himself. He explained us about the meaning of the colours in all the mattresses (green, blue... and how strong they were) he gave us some time to check and think. Then I showed him a picture and description of the item I saw on the web page, he took us next to the item, and he gave us a very accurate explanation and we knew he really knew about the products. After we decided buying the bed he was very nice and gently talking about daily things while we were doing the credit analysis, so the whole sell was very satisfactory.
