Jack explained everything about the bed we needed to know and answered all our questions. He advised is to check measurements at home which we did. When we came back next day to place order he was not there so Caroline did all the ordering for us. Both very nice people.

The in-store advisor was very helpful and patient as we were choosing a mattress for my son and he had a lovely manner about him which helped.

I had visited other bed suppliers but found that Dreams were the best priced. The assistant was knowledgeable about the products and gave relevant information as to the pros and cons of each product. Was also advised on extended warranties, insurance and mattress protectors which was a deal too good to miss. Interest free credit was the icing on the cake. Overall extremely satisfied with the service I received.

He was very courteous and extremely helpful, he offered me a cup of tea and assisted me throughout my time spent in the shop. He was very professional, very knowledgeable and that made me feel very welcome. 100% service was given to me by Russell and that is why I am highly satisfied. Mark the adviser approached us after a few moments in the store and we explained the reasons for our visit. He then fully explained the colour coding system within the store regarding your mattresses and areas of the store each style of bed was located. Upon gauging our requirements he also explain and demonstrated the beds and matters available. We also purchased a high bed and desk/drawers set for our daughter and again found Mark and his teams help valued while dealing with our 5 year old during the experience. Once we had made our decision Mark and his team offered us refreshments and a colouring activity for our daughter while we completed our sale making the whole transaction really pleasant and enjoyable.
