Salesman (Mark) was not at all pushy - gave me the advice and time/space I needed to make a decision. I felt he was very knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble. I will be returning to buy a second bed plus 2 mattresses as soon as I get a moving date.

Store assistant was very friendly,helpful&down to earth.

Lovely lady, new what she was talking about, made us coffee ☕, didn't put us under any pressure.

I actually really enjoyed our shopping experience at Dreams. My partner and I tried out many of the mattresses and the sales assistant (Russell) was very friendly and knowledgeable regarding the different mattresses we were trying. He spoke to us about pillows and made suggestions. We bought a mattress and two new pillows. Russell offered us coffee and took the time to make us feel welcome in your store.
