Immediately offered help if we needed it, which we did, Shown all the products that we were looking for and completed the sale and booked delivery for a convenient time

Because Jack was on hand as and when he was needed to answer questions but not hovering.(even made me a cuppa) We felt relaxed and not pressurised whilst making a decision which for us, was an expensive one. We came away knowing we had made the right choice, even though it cost more than expected. We are now looking forward to the delivery and the first night on our new bed.

Cathryn at Bedford branch and all the staff were very helpful and knowledgable. They made the process pleasant and easy. A pleasure to shop there!

Suggested various pillows and gave us a bed to try them out on. No pressure and plenty of time allowed

Russell gave us all the time we needed. Guided us around all the different mattresses. He didn't pressure us at all. I would have walked if he had as you must get the right mattress however long it takes. He also showed us pillows that I think will also make a difference to me. Shop being refurbished but that didn't affect us

The sales assistant was patient and knowledgeable. He was attentive to our needs/likes/dislikes and sought to offer good guidance. He was very smiley and personable.

The sales assistant Jonathan was first class, from a friendly approach on entering the store, to taking the time to go through the options available, excellent product knowledge and never pressurised, a credit to your company.

The store was being refurbished, repainted...workmen everywhere. I nearly walked out, but the assistant was swift and made it easy to try out the beds. I was also offered tea, but was more than happy with the jug of customer water.

The store assistants were very helpful. The thing I appreciated most was that there was never a time when I felt I was being pressured into buying something.
