I was assisted in a very professional and friendly manner. The lady that helped me choose was knowledgeable and very easy to talk to. Overall my experience was stress free and very quick, super for a lady that is as busy as I am. would definitely recommend to family and friends.

It was a pleasure to go into Dreams store at Bedford. We were greeted with a 'Good Morning', then left alone to look around. It was nice to left alone to start with than be pounced on once entering the door. Our assistant (Jack) was very helpful and gave us all the information we required. We have now purchased a mattress and looking forward to a restful sleep!

Sales advisor was friendly and helpful without being pushy. He also remembered us from our last visit when we were considering the purchase. He was efficient and knowledgeable. I noticed that he also made sure that other customers were served by calling for assistance whilst still giving us a great service. Delivery was arranged efficiently and all assembly options were discussed. He also explained that old furniture could be picked up by delivery staff. Answered all our questions too. No complaints at all.

Jack was quick to ask if we needed help, explained the different types of matresses, pros and cons, and left us to try matresses out, but came back at regular intervals to answer any questions we had. He wasn't pushy, but attentive... top marks.

Because Jack who served us knew what I was looking for (an ottoman bed), & demonstrated how to open & close it & told us everything we needed to know about it, also told us of the discounted price & as we also bought two bedside tables also, he said that we could have a third & have the cheapest free. Jack certainly knows his onions & I believe he's a great asset to your company. Our daughter purchased a bed from you which is why we went to the same place & id have no hesitation in recommending Dreams to my friends .
