The quality of the products, they are also affordable. The staff did not pressurise like our previous experience in some other stores. Very happy with quality of see and products.

The young assistant was charming and very helpful.We were shown a number of beds and allowed to try them all.Thus we were able to make a decision to purchase.

We was served by Mark, his knowledge and expertise really helped us find the perfect mattress. As first time buyers Mark made us feel we was really getting the best value for our money. The sale drew us in but Mark made the sale !!!! :-)

Friendly, welcoming and excellent service given. Good sound advice and good customer service, we felt we could have a good look at the mattresses without feeling any pressure from the salesman although we knew we could get help if needed. Overall we were very satisfied with the whole experience - this is why we had come back to Dreams to buy another mattress 8 years later. Thank you to the salesman at the Kempston branch - sorry didn't get his name but he was good!

Great service. The assistant was friendly and knowledgeable and I felt he took the time to discuss the products with me without pushing me into buying the most expensive option.

It was important for me to ensure a convenient recycling option from the company I would eventually buy from. The Dreams website made clear this was an option and your sales representative ( Mark ) was able to verify the details. From sales to delivery the staff at Dreams have been polite, friendly, courteous and professional. So many retailers create a flawless process but get the customer interaction bit wrong.......this matters. I would not hesitate to recommend my Kempston store in the future.
