The assistant in the store in Kempston, Jonathan, was extremely competent and gave very sensible advice on the beds I was looking for. He was attentive and keen to understand my needs and I could not have asked for a more welcoming support.

Jack the member of staff who helped us was very polite and extremely knowledgeable about the products he was selling. There was no pressure and he let us have time to decide if we were going to make a purchase. Well done Jack, keep up the good work.
