I only just thought about buying a new mattress but ideally needed a new pillow , when entering store James came over and introduced himself , i explained what i was looking for and he guided me round the shop and showed me the new technology that tests your sleeping postion ... after this i ended up with a new mattress and pillow

Cathryn was very friendly, she spent the time to explain and understand our needs. She even helped with my friends baby, many people wouldn’t have and she just jumped in without a thought. Being helpful just comes naturally to this lady. We were really pleased, although I was rushing her as I needed to get home she was very good. I actually visited the store 3 months before buying our house and went back to this lady, and waited for her to get off the phone and this is because of her fantastic customer service.

The salesman James was helpful and knowledgable about the products. James did not attempt to push for a sale but made the whole experience pleasant and gave me confidence in both the quality of service and product.
