I found James to be an excellent salesman who understood what we required and went the extra mile.

Pleasant,friendly and full range of knowledge. Whilst given time to consider the products available. Followed by the company deliver ing the bed to ring saying the would be coming on 19th of September this was very good service.

I have problems with both hips and Mark was extremely helpful friendly and professional when dealing with my questions. He was so kind and did not hurry, push or make me feel uncomfortable.

Jack was really helpful and knowledgeable. We went in to Dreams unsure of what type of mattress we needed. Wonderful customer service.

The gentlemen who served me in store, Jack, was very helpful. He listened to what I asking for for and pointed me in the right direction and was able to answer all my questions. It was a very relaxed, pleasant experience.

Cathryn was fantastic. Approached us as we looked confused. Asked me what I was looking for.. told her what I didn't want and she led me straight away to a perfect bed! Next was the mattress. We used the machine and then tried out the o as recommended. Great service

We were served by Cathryn at the Dreams store at the Interchange in Bedford. She made us feel at ease straight away and you can tell you're in good hands as a customer when she's looking after you. All our questions were answered, and the other sales members of staff also joined in and helped - both Cathryn and the other young girl were so friendly! Looked into various options for size of bed, delivery etc, and found the best fit for all of what we wanted. Would obviously love to win this survey and get some money back -if we do, can guarantee we'll come back with this additional money to buy the tempur mattress! But ultimately though, would love you to pass this feedback back to the store and for the sales members involved today to be praised, and Cathryn especially so!

Very good service

We were very impressed with Mark at Bedford store, he was knowledgable and helpful but not pushy, he gave us time to test the mattresses and left us to deliberate with no pressure or hard sell. He was very professionally even when colleagues tried to interrupt whilst in the middle of the paperwork,he made it quite clear he was busy and gave us his full attention, a very professional salesman and one we would approach again and a name we would recommend to Freinds to ask for if they went into the store. Thoroughly happy with the time Mark took with us.

We couldn't fault the service we were given by James at the Kempston store.
