Dreams - Bedford

We were assisted in store by Mark, who was very knowledgeable and friendly, taking the time to understand our needs and explain the varies products available to us. He did not push for us to spend beyond our budget and recommended that we try the new technology that establishes your most suitable mattress which was quite impressive. We found the products we required and there were discounts and offers that made the purchase even better value. Great variety of stock and tidy, well laid out store.

The quality, range and choices available are excellent. The colleague, James welcomed us most warmly on our arrival through the store doors, listened carefully to our stated needs and immediately directed us to the products on display that fitted our requirements. He left us to browse and discuss and then returned to offer us further assistance and advice in the most friendly and informative manner. Making the whole transaction excellent.

We were seen by a sales person very quickly who was very helpful and friendly. Also offered us tea and a seat.

We were served by Tilly at the Bedford store. We found her to be very friendly and knowledgeable of the mattress we bought. Tilly also offered us the chance to use the “sleep match” machine, which we found useful and worthwhile. We were offered a coffee whilst confirming our purchase, and we came out of the store feeling very satisfied with the whole experience. Well done Tilly and staff at Bedford store. Thank you. We were met by Russell as soon as we entered the store. he introduced us to the 'matress machine' which took all the worry out of looking and choosing... He made us feel very welcomed and he was interested in us as people not just customers. He made sure he listened to our needs and requests and acted on them.

I was served by Cathryn who was very knowledgable and knew exactly what I wanted. She took time to explain items to me and showed me a whole range of mattresses to allow me to make the right decision.

Cathryn greeted us within moments of our entry to the store. We came with a specific request for a mattress and she was quickly able to find a suitable product, however, she went above and beyond and spent time explaining all other options also. She was exceptionally understanding and accommodating of our two small children, even offering to hold the baby while we tested the mattresses and fetching tissues and drinks for our toddler. For a shopping experience that would usually have been a nightmare with two young children, Cathryn made us feel at ease and allowed us to enjoy the experience .... if all shops offered this level of attentive and accommodating customer service our bank account would be empty!

I first visited the store with my husband on the Saturday, I was looking for a bed which would meet my needs, however with so beds on offer I didn't know where to start. Cathryn was very helpful, she popped over and without being pushy was able to direct me to suitable mattresses to try. Cathryn clearly knew about the product and was able to support us through trying different beds and answered our questions. Cathryn also knew when to leave us to discuss in private. We came back on Sunday just to be sure about our choice, firstly a colleague came over, then Cathryn. Both were very friendly and spent as much time as was needed, we did not feel rushed or pushed but advised. Based on their customer service and the lovely product I felt happy to buy. If the customer service was not right I would not have purchased. Cathryn also suggested the right mattress protector, I also bought a quilt.

When we first arrived at Dreams we did not really understand our own requirements and we were only intending to purchase a mattress. The sales person, James, put us on a machine that analysed our requirements and, based on the machine's output, he recommended we tried a number of mattresses. He then, with no pressure, gave us a quotation for the mttress of our choice which we said we would consider. The next day we went to place the order and, based upon the excellent work by james, we decided to buy the base as well. James wasn't in the next day, but his manger (maybe Richard?), completed the transaction adding good value to our purchase experience.
