Dreams - Bedford

Good use of new technology which helped us narrow down the choice of mattress, good customer service from two of the staff.

Friendly staff who were helpful but not pushy. We had to bring along our nearly 2 year old daughter and all staff were friendly and supportive of this. Selection of products was good (almost too good!!) Was great to find what we had been looking at online in our local shop so that we could try before we bought it. The sleep analyser was also very helpful as was the gentleman Mark in store who talked us through all the options...I'm glad he did as our initial choices would not have been appropriate, but we are very happy that we have made the right choice with his help. We came on a discount weekend and we are very pleased with the deals and discounts. Now just very much looking forward to receiving our bed.

We received an excellent service from friendly and knowledgeable staff. We came out buying a mattress which was the objective of our trip and we also bought a couple of pillows too. Staff were knowledgeable and understood our needs, directing us to the mattresses they thought would be of interest. Our order was processed quickly and efficiently over a cup of tea. We were very happy with the entire experience.

It’s always difficult shopping with all the children as they are very young and into everything but our “lovely assistant” Cathryn was great with them and very patient. She went through all our options with us and, even when I changed my mind the next day she was able to help us change the order without any issue.

james was the customer service assistant what a lovely young man very polite and very knowledgable about products my sister and i are both disabled we both felt like queens when he was sorting our orders out for i would say james is and absolute asset to your store thankyou james for your help. dianne and susan percy

The staff were friendly and helpful; they spent time understanding what we were looking for and suggested products which were suitable from both a process and quality perspective. We felt valued and appreciated as customers due to the excellent customer service.

We had seen a bed and mattress that we liked on the Dreams website and went to store so that we could lay on it and see it in person. The mattress wasn't available in store but the assistant was very helpful and made a couple of suggestions of different types of mattresses that were very similar to the one we had seen online. We was offered the buy now pay later option and couldn't decide to go for double or king size but the sales assistant offered us a cup of tea/coffee and told us to talk it over and find him when we had come to a decision. He was very friendly and knowledgeable about the products. He left us feeling very happy with the purchase we had made.

Mark served us today and was very helpful and informative. He asked us our requirements and then gave us his advice and recommendations, but was not pushy and left the final decision to us. He left us feeling that we could contact him at any time should we need further assistance.
