Russell was very knowledgable and listened to what we wanted. Although me and my husband disagreed with what we wanted exactly he was able to help us come to an agreement we were both very happy with. In addition, we had our 2 small children who he included when we were looking for a bed which made it easier.

Tilly was so amazing, so helpful and kind! She listened and showed me everything I was looking for. I was looking for a bed for my son as well as myself and she took the time to talk to him and help him find the perfect mattress! I was undecided about one product and she gave me all the information I needed and I ended up getting it thanks to her. At no point was she pushy, just informative and understanding of what I wanted.

The prospect of purchasing two beds with the correct mattresses was somewhat daunting however the experience was much easier with the assistance and in depth knowledge of the staff.

Tried several mattresses without feeling pressured into completing a sale. Received good info and advice about the products.

Russell was amazing! He was very attentive and helped us find the perfect bed and mattress. Nothing was too much for him and the price and simplicity of ordering our products was great

Staff very friendly, coffee and tea made available to us, plenty of time to discuss our needs, delivery time for our new mattress exceptionally fast and suited my schedule very well, very happy with you being able to remove our old mattress, over all the service was excellent and very professional.
