Approached very quick, was given a demonstration on the new equipment which measures what beds are best suited to myself and my partner, given refreshments while i waited, made to feel at home, not pressured into buying, knowledge was great, Russell and Jack at Bedford were both very helpful

It was easy to find what we required and the assistant was very efficient. The bed was delivered when expected and the delivery man was polite and pleasant. The bed was easy for us to assemble as stated in the leaflet.

The assitant was knowledgable, friendly and I even went back to buy another bed!

Manager Mark at the Bedford interchange was friendly, accommodating, no pressure applied to buy.

Mark the manager who served us was very knowledgeable. He also gave us time to mcome to our decision without any hard sell.

Mark was fantastic, I needed a bed and associated parfanalia and Mark sorted it all out with a smile on his face, even though he had to stay late to help me and missed picking his son up from football practice

First visit Jack was very helpful and we purchased pillows, after my husband used his pillow for couple nights he didn't get on with it so we returned to the store and they very kindly changed it for him which he now find much better. At this visit we purchased a mattress

Tilly gave us all the information we needed. With her help we chose the most comfortable mattress for us. She was very patient and knowledgable.
