The manager was very helpful and polite, had good product knowledge of the mattresses I was looking for. Everyone was very friendly in the store one lovely lady asked if we would like a tea or coffee (fantastic) We will be back again From Brandy in the coffee people!

Member of staff who came to help us was friendly, efficient and welcoming. He also had a sense of humour and didn't either try to oversell, nor rush us into a decision.

When walking into the Dreams Store at Bedford Retail Park it was great to see staff smiling, looking busy and the cleanness of the store. When looking at a bed staff member Russell came over and explained about the prices, he advised on the 20% discount which was in store today and the best way to select our mattress. It was nice not to feel under any pressure to buy anything as sometimes you find sales people overbearing, Russell left us to it and advised if we needed anything to ask any of the staff members who would be more than happy to help. Me and my partner were interested in a TV bed with storage underneath and these types were clear to identify in store, we has a quick and easy choice. Once we decided we saw Russell walking past and asked if he could help us find our perfect mattress. He took us over to the computer where we entered some details and laid down to see our results. We tried 4/5 different mattresses and the perfect one was the Acti Gel. I have 3 minutes until this times out -Overall service was superb! Thanks Russell.

Colleague James quickly identified our interest in the adjustable bed. He was able to identify accurately the variations available on this product such that we were able to specifically pinpoint which variant best suited our needs. There was no pressure applied in respect of a hard sell, and James gave us some time alone to discuss the bed and its merits between ourselves. Once we had decided to purchase, James took us to his desk to complete the sale. We were asked if we wanted a hot drink whilst completing the paperwork. The process was suitably finished in a timely manner. The conditions and contract were communicated in a professional but friendly manner. We left the shop confident that we had made the right decision. The only disappointing situation was that despite the TV adverts of extensive Dreams Sales, post Xmas......our bed was not in the sale, and the price was as we had seen it before Xmas. James did explain the 28 day price promise, but it was nevertheless disappointing.

Russell the sale assistant was very helpful and kind and patient with me listened to my needs and kept things in my budget. He didn't try to oversell and we worked out something I could easily afford. He also offered me refreshments as the whole process took some time to make sure everything was to my needs and satisfaction.
