From the moment I walked in someone came straight over to help me..I was then out on the test bed and given a print out of possible beds I would like..and then I was shown where they all were...I then just tested more on my own and actually bought one not on my list of possibles..A good experience from start to finish....

Store has a clear and easy to follow layout, which made the process more approachable and not overwhelming. Staff were knowledgeable, friendly and importantly they weren't pushy or annoying. Prices were fair and option of interest free finance was very nice. Sales process with Mark was smooth and enjoyable. He clearly presented the options at each stage and made sure we had all the information we required and understood the detail. Again wasn't pushy on trying to upsell products after giving us the detail about them which was great. Just presented us with facts and let us decide ourselves. Would recommend to family and friends.
